Can I exchange the product?
Yes, you have 7 days to exchange the product from the date of purchase.
How do I exchange my product?
To initiate an exchange, click here. Please ensure you have the original product tag available at the time of return.
Will I get money back?
Taattush offers a 100% refund if the product:
- Loses shape,
- Loses color, and/or
- Tears
within 30 days of purchase.
Please note, a flat ₹120 shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund amount in case of returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded for any returns, refunds, or cancellations. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
How long will it take for the refund to be processed?
Upon approval from the Taattush team, the refund will be initiated to the source account within 5-6 working days.
The Return Procedure:
- Click here to initiate a return. Provide your email address and order ID.
- Share a picture of the damaged garment for which you are requesting a refund.
- Return the product(s) to the original source of purchase.
- Ensure the tags and the products are in their original condition, along with the original packaging, at the time of collection.
- Once these steps are completed, Taattush will initiate the verification process.
Taattush prioritizes customer satisfaction, but if the return criteria are not satisfactorily met, the return may be put on hold until further clarifications are provided. Upon approval from the Taattush team, the refund will be initiated to the source account within 5-6 working days.
What does the exchange policy not cover?
The exchange policy does not apply to:
- Tears, rips, or snags caused by external objects,
- Damage caused by chlorine, heat, gas, bleach, or any liquid above 50°C, and/or
- Products purchased from marketplaces, unauthorized retailers, and/or third-party resellers.
